a week agoI recently visited Smile Lounge and had the pleasure of being treated by Marina. She was incredibly efficient, professional, and as gentle as possible considering it's dental work. I was the last appointment of the day, and while the team must have been exhausted, you would never have known it. The level of care, attention to detail, and customer service I received exceeded my expectations. One of the little touches I appreciated was being able to watch Netflix while having my teeth cleaned, which made the experience much more relaxing. The clinic itself feels more like a luxury hotel or spa than a dental practice, beautifully presented, spotless, and smells amazing as well with plenty of convenient parking. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, professional, and communicated clearly throughout the process. A few days later I even received a follow-up call to check how I was going. It's the small things like this that show they genuinely care and go above and beyond rather than simply ticking boxes. Even if you don't live nearby, I would highly recommend making the trip. Going to the dentist is usually something people dread, but Smile Lounge has somehow managed to turn it into an experience that feels more like visiting a spa. Outstanding service from start to finish.

As I suffer from severe anxiety I walked in feeling very scared and nervous, Dr Hash made this process very reassuring and checked in with me throughout the whole procedure. 2 weeks agoOne of the best dentist clinics I’ve ever been to. Really friendly/attentive staff, clean, beautiful atmosphere. I was able to watch tv with headphones during the procedure which helped the anxiety. Dr Marina Bekheet was so lovely & generous with her time. Will definitely be coming back!
