Dr James is very kind and gentle with the kids, which makes them feel comfortable during their visits. The reception staff are also very friendly and helpful. 2 days agoDr James Sung has served the Eastwood community for decades, and in my honest opinion, he is a very caring and trustworthy doctor. I did not have an appointment and was in pain, but I was still given time and treated with care. Dr Sun is very helpful in emergencies, even when you do not have a prior appointment. He also explains the treatment clearly and honestly, including whether there are other options or places where you can receive treatment. I truly appreciate his honesty, kindness, and dedication to the community. Highly recommended.

Edited a week agoI had an emergency situation where my tooth had decayed and caused great pain. Receptionist kindly fit me in the day to see Dr James, he treated my tooth with care and promptly. Felt much better afterwards, thank you team!
