I had my second visit wuth Dr Jia He is a lovely doctor and is actioning my health the way i have expected I recently moved to ipswich Have spent so much money looking for a doctor to treat me priperly and with respect and listens finally Dr Jai thank you. Ps staff are amazing too.

Love the Medicall Centre, very convenient. Excellent GP's, Dentist's, treatment room with lovely, friendly Nurses and XRay facilities. Everyone is always super friendly. Thanks for the great service.

Dr. Olivia is an outstanding GP. She takes the time to listen, explains everything clearly, and is incredibly thorough. After changing GPs several times, I finally found a doctor who truly looks at the whole picture and carefully reviews all the information before making decisions. My husband, our children, and I are all very happy with the care, investigations, and diagnoses she has provided. On top of being an excellent doctor, she is always warm, caring, and welcoming, with a smile that makes every visit a positive experience. We feel very lucky to have found her and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a compassionate and knowledgeable GP.

I attended an appointment with Dr Hyunjin Noh last Saturday and left feeling very disappointed. I specifically booked with a GP who performs skin checks because I was expecting a thorough skin examination. Instead, only the spots I pointed out were checked, rather than receiving a full skin check. After what felt like a three-second look, I was asked, “Do you want to treat it?” No, I’m here to see your face 😵‍💫 At the end of the appointment, he mentioned he could prescribe medication but commented that it was expensive (it costs about $80, by the way). I found it inappropriate to make assumptions about a patient’s financial situation. The appointment lasted around five minutes, if that, and I left feeling rushed, unheard, and like my concerns weren’t taken seriously. For a $90 consultation, I expected a much better experience. I’ve visited this clinic several times before and have always had positive experiences, which makes this appointment even more disappointing. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend Dr Hyunjin Noh.

Amazing staff and Ann is always so friendly and bubbly. Always greats me as I walk in. New have to give any details as she remembers and checks me in. Fantastic Dr Jai. Amazing care he provides. Always makes time for you with whatever you needs are.
